| Abstract: | With the background of systematic theory and control theory, the building safety management is defined as the control model of social time and efficiency system. By using evaluation equations, it is possible to assess quantitatively the achievements of safety management for buildings under various circumstances and to direct the safety management of the society and enterprises, so as to make the safety management scientific and standard. |
