浅析科技创新和关键核心技术突破对装备环境适应性高质量发展的重要性

摘    要:首先从自然环境试验与观测站网体系建设、环境适应性数据资源建设、环境适应性模拟加速试验设备开发、环境适应性量化评价等4个方面介绍了装备环境适应性关键核心技术。然后从建立健全基础研究机制和基础研究创新体系等方面阐述了科技创新与装备环境适应性高质量发展的关系。最后展望了装备环境适应性发展的方向。

Abstract:The key core technologies of equipment environmental adaptability included the construction of natural environment test and observation station network system, the construction of environmental adaptability data resources, the development of environmental adaptability simulation accelerating test equipment, and the quantitative evaluation of environmental adaptability. The relationship between scientific and technological innovation and high-quality development of equipment environmental adaptability was expounded from the aspects including establishing and improving basic research mechanism and basic research innovation system. Finally, the development direction of equipment environment adaptability was prospected.
