摘    要:家具制造业属于劳动密集型企业,家具生产机械化程度相对较低,工伤事故发生频繁,因此作业条件危险性研究尤为重要。在对家具制造业机加工车间11种典型作业位置作业条件调查的基础上,首先根据文献分析与现场调查家具生产中的事故类型,归纳总结出机加工车间的四种危险事件;其次在危险指数的基础上,综合考虑危险事件的发生频率,提出加权危险指数的概念;第三使用行为抽样法观测各作业位置危险事件的发生频率,分析各作业位置危险事件发生事故的可能性及其严重程度,确定加权危险指数各指标参数;最后采用加权危险指数评价家具制造业机加工车间11种典型作业位置作业条件的危险性,找出各作业位置的安全隐患,提出安全措施建议,以希为安全管理提供依据,降低家具制造业生产事故的发生。

Abstract:Because furniture enterprise belongs to labor intensive enterprises and the mechanization level of furniture producing is relatively low, inductrial injury accident happen frequently.So the research of operating conditions is particularly important.The work conditions are investigated and analysed at 11 kinds of operating position in furniture enterprise. Firstly, four kinds of risk events was summarized according to literature analysing and field investigating;Secondly,the concept of weighted danger index was put forward by taking the occurrence frequency of dangerous event into account; Thirdly, each index parameter of weighted danger index was determined through observing occurrence frequency of dangerous event and analysing the possibility of accident occurrence and its serious degree; At last,the risk assessment of operating conditions in 11 kinds of typical operating position in furniture enterprise were made,the potential safety problems of the operation position were found out and the measures for safety were put forward.
