摘    要:研究了生物膜法对广东省某硫化铅锌矿尾矿库外排废水的处理效果,探索不同载体,不同COD浓度对生物膜法降解COD的影响。结果表明,高浓度的COD对生物膜法处理选矿废水有影响,在6~13℃的条件下,水力停留时间为2 d时,以50 cm×25 cm×0.4 cm的黏胶材料生物载体作为挂膜载体,处理50 L硫化铅锌矿尾矿库外排废水取得了良好效果,出水COD浓度稳定在40 mg/L左右,出水达到《铅、锌工业污染物排放标准》(GB25466-2010)的要求。

Abstract:In this study, the application of biofilm process for the treatment of the Pb-Zn sulfide ore tailing wastewater of Guangdong Province was investigated. The effect of different carriers and COD concentrations on bio-degradation of COD was explored in biofilm process. The results indicate that the biological membrane method has a certain influence for degradation of high content of COD mineral processing wastewater. With hydraulic retention time ( HRT) of 2 days, the most appealing effects of biofilm treatment of 50 L wastewater can be observed at 6~13℃, while the 50 cm×25 cm×0.4 cm viscose material as a carrier. The COD was maintained at 40 mg/L. After treatment of biofilm, the effluent could meet the emission standard of pollutants for the lead and zinc industry (GB25466-2010).
