| 摘 要： | 针对环保企业在签订、履行工程合同中容易发生的问题特别是合同履行中的履约抗辩权问题,结合我国《合同法》以及工程施工领域的特点和行业习惯,对环保企业在工程施工合同中的履约抗辩权问题进行了剖析,提出了有关建议,指出环保企业在工程施工合同中要注意及时、有效地行使合同履行的抗辩权,维护自身的合法权益。

| Abstract: | Environmental companies have many lessons in the contract of environmental engineering construction for implementation of defense right of compliance untimely and ineffectively. The authors seek to analyze the defense right of compliance and give some suggestions ,based on years of practice to deal with disputes in a number of environmental engineering experience in litigation. |
