| 摘 要： | 此文阐述了高颈法兰的摆辗工艺,对其变形和力能参数进行了分析,并对其模具的设计进行了探讨.实践证明,高颈法兰的锻造——扩辗——摆辗复合成形工艺是合理的,完全达到了质量指标和技术要求,现已批量生产.

| Abstract: | This paper describes process of rotary forging,analyes shape and parameters of mechanics and energy , and investigates die design. Take high flange plate for example. The practices show that compound forming of forging-expanding-rotary forging of high flange plate is reasonable. At present,batch process is going on. |
