电镀锌生产线PHA-MES危险性评价方法

摘    要:结合电镀生产工艺的特点,提出了预先危险性分析和经过改进的作业条件危险性评价相结合的危险性评价方法(简称PHA-MES危险性评价法),并对某厂镀锌生产线进行半定量危险性评价,得出生产线各子系统的危险水平,然后针对其危险源和安全隐患提出了控制措施。通过实例研究表明,将PHA和MES结合起来,不仅能够比较深入地分析系统的危险因素、致因机理,而且由于MES法的使用,弥补了PHA法依靠宏观分析来确定危险等级的不足。

Abstract:Based on characteristics of electroplating technology,a combined method of PHA(Prelim Hazard Analysis)with MES(Measurement Exposure Sequence)for risk assessment was presented.A semi-quantitative assessment was conducted for the risk of an electro-galvanizing production line,from which risk levels of production subsystems were educed.Accordingly,control measures for risk sources and hidden dangers were put forward.The exemplified study indicates that the combined method of PHA with MES could not only analyze dangerous factors and causation mechanism in depth,but also could compensate the deficiency of PHA in confirming risk level with macro-probability analysis.
