用人外周血淋巴细胞短期培养观察氟化物的细胞遗传效应

摘    要:用短期培养人外周血淋巴细胞的遗传效应实验表明,氟化物诱发姐妹染色单体互换显著(P<0.01),而诱发染色体畸变和延迟细胞周期动力学过程都不显著(P>0.05)。以上三项指标的观察结果虽不相一致,但姐妹染色单体互换的显著改变却证明,氟化物仍显示一定程度的遗传效应。

Abstract:Cytogenetic effect of fluoride by short culture of human peripheral blood lymphocytes showed that fluoride can significantly increase the frequencies of SCE (P<0.01), but can not significantly induce chromosomal aberration and lagging of cell cycle(P>0.05). The results of the three mentioned indices were, however, not consistent. Changes in SCE frequencies by culture of human lymphocytes suggested, to a certain extent, that fluoride may exhibit mutagenic effects. In a way, data obtained may possess biomedical value, and it has to be pointed out that it needs to study epidemiology on occupational and endemic fluoro-sis by a cytogenetic method.
