城市垃圾焚烧中镉迁移转化及去除效率研究

摘    要:通过典型城市垃圾焚烧炉烟气中镉排放浓度、镉排放速率、氯化氢排放浓度等进行现场监测,对比分析了不同氯化氢含量下,重金属元素镉向烟气中的挥发情况.对相关烟气监测参数分析发现,烟气中高温产生的氯化氢气体能够促进燃料中的重金属镉向烟气中的释放.烟气的排放速率影响重金属镉的去除效率,而烟气处理设施的类型对重金属镉影响不大.与单一的布袋除尘设施相比,布袋除尘器后加设活性炭喷射装置能够起到较好控制重金属镉排放的目的.

Study on Transformation and Removal Efficiency of Cd in Municipal Solid Waste Incineration
Abstract:Through monitoring municipal solid waste incineration ( MSWI) flue gas, this paper analyzed the volatility of Cd into flue gas under different concentration of HCl. Through the analysis of the heavy metals Cd emission rate, the removal efficien-cy of Cd was significantly lower when the emission rate was higher. The flue gas treatment facilities had a little effects on the con-centration of Cd. If the fabric filter was added activated carbon injection device, the removal efficiency of Cd could be significantly improved.
