生物法处理焦化废水评述

摘    要:通过对焦化废水生物处理各种工艺的比较,认为A1-A2-O工艺是目前焦化废水处理比较好的一种工艺;采用生物膜高效反应器可提高微生物浓度并选用高效菌可提高焦化废水中COD、NH3-N去除率。总结了影响化废水CDO、NH3-N去除率的多种因素,从实际工程应用中统计提出A1-A2-O工艺处理焦化废水的处理成本不超过3.5元/t。

Abstract:Based on comparison of various biological processes for treatment of coking wastewater,the A 1 A 2 O process is considered as a better method up to now.The removal rate of COD,NH 3 N can be greatly increased in high performance bio film reactor with high concentration of biomass and specific bacteria.Many factors affecting removal rates of COD,NH 3 N are summarized.Treatment cost by A 1 A 2 O process is less than 3.5 yuan/t in light of statistics of application projects.
