Abstract: | A gradation of polychlorinated biphenyl isomer and congener levels were found in coho salmon from Lakes Erie, Michigan and Ontario. A similar bioaccumulation pattern was observed in mouse livers following consumption of Great Lakes fish and, in general, the levels were higher in C57B1/6 than in DBA/2 mice. |
