| 摘 要： | 通过分析徐州市某一生化制药建设项目的环评实例，确定了该类项目的环评重点和难点在于工程分析和污染物的排放分析，尤其是由于废水污染物具有种类多、排放不稳定的特点。同时，结合环保“三同时”建设中的废水处理工程的调试分析，评价了该类建设项目的污水处理设施的技术经济性、可行性。
