摘    要:以极性塑料聚氯乙烯(PVC)作为基材,废弃线路板中的非金属材料(以废弃环氧树脂为主)作为填料,采用模压成型的方法制作复合材料,分析了其可行性,并研究废弃环氧树脂含量对复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明,当不采用相容剂时。废弃环氧树脂与PVC按7:3的质量比共混时,所生产的复合材料仍具有较好的力学性能,可满足相关产品的需要.极大地提高了废弃环氧树脂的利用率。

Abstract:The composite material is produced by compression molding with PVC as matrix and nonmetallic materials in waste printed circuit boards (mainly epoxy) as filler. The paper analyzes its feasibility and the proportion of waste epoxy on the mechanical properties of the materials. The results show that the composite material has better mechanical properties when ratio of waste epoxy to PVC is 7:3 without compatilizer, which can meet the needs of related products and therefore greatly improve the utilization of t...
