航空有机玻璃加速老化试验技术研究

摘    要:介绍了导致有机玻璃老化的主要环境因素、加速老化环境谱的编制方法和有机玻璃的加速老化试验技术,对某飞机座舱盖有机玻璃进行了自然老化试验和加速老化试验,2种老化试验后有机玻璃疲劳试验结果的对比表明,提出的有机玻璃加速老化试验技术是可行、有效和适用的.

Abstract:The main environmental factors of Perspex weathering,the compiling method of environmental spectrum of accelerated weathering,and the accelerated weathering test technique of Perspex were introduced.Environmental weathering test and accelerated weathering test of Perspex used for canopy were carried out.The feasibility,effectiveness,and applicability of the accelerated weathering test technique of Perspex were validated through contrast of the fatigue test results after the two kinds of weathering tests.
