衡阳市早稻洪涝灾害风险区划研究

摘    要:依托GIS技术,采用自然灾害风险评价的理论和方法,建立早稻洪涝灾害风险评价模型,研究了衡阳市早稻洪涝灾害风险等级。结果表明:综合分析早稻洪涝灾害的致灾因子危险性、孕灾环境敏感性、承灾体易损性和防灾减灾能力,绘制了衡阳市早稻洪涝灾害综合风险区划图,并分析了衡阳市早稻洪涝灾害风险区划的空间分布规律和特点。衡东县早稻洪涝灾害风险等级最高,祁东县早稻洪涝灾害综合风险等级最低。

Research on Risk Division of Early Rice Flood Disaster in Hengyang City
Abstract:Relying on GIS technology, a risk assessment model of early rice flood disaster was established to study the early rice flood disaster risk grade in Hengyang city by adopting the theory and the method of natural disaster risk assessment. On this basis, a comprehensive risk division map of early rice flood disaster in Hengyang was drawn through a comprehensive analysis on the risk of flood hazard factors, sensitivity of disaster?formative environment, vulnerability of hazard bearing bodies, and ability to prevent and mitigate disasters. Further, the spatial distribution regularity and characteristics of early rice flood risk division in Hengyang was also analyzed. The results indicates that Hengdong county has the highest early rice flood disaster grade while Qidong county has the lowest.
