煤矿城市与可持续发展战略研究

煤矿城市因煤炭资源的开发而兴起。煤炭资源开采逐步成为煤矿城市的主导产业。受资源产业发展规律支配，随着煤炭贵源的日渐衰竭，煤矿城市的可持续发展面临严峻挑战，经济结构转型、优化、升级迫在眉睫。本文深入分析了煤矿城市的现状，认为产业结构单一、煤炭资源耗竭、生态环境污染以及资源经济的可持续发展成为限制煤矿城市发展的制约性因素。根据新世纪煤矿城市发展所面临的机遇与挑战，文章提出煤矿城市应在调整产业结构、建设“生态城市”、加快科技创新、加强城市规划、建立预测与决策支持系统等方面做好文章，煤矿资源枯竭型城市才能实现可持续发展。

Study on the Sustainable Development of Coal-Industry City

With the exploration of coal mine resources, coal - industry cities develop rapidly. Exploitation of coal resources has gradually become the city＇s leading industry. Dominated by the law of development resource industries, and with the gradual exhaustion of coal resources, the sustainable development of coal - industry, cities is facing severe challenges, including economic structure transformation, optimization, upgradation. Through an in - depth analysis on the present status of coal - industry, cities, the paper points out the factors that constrain the development of coal - industry cities, which include single industry structure, coal resource depletion, environznental pollution and sustainable development of resource economy. According to the new century＇s opportunities and challenges faced by coal - industry cities, the paper proposes that, for the sustainable development of coal resource exhausted cities, we must do better in their industry structure adjustment and ＂ecological city＂ construcion. Furthermore. we must speed up science and technoiogy innovation, enhance city planning, and establish prediction axed policy support systems.
