| 摘 要： | 农村环境污染问题已成为新农村建设中的重要障碍:妨碍城乡差距的缩小;影响农村社会的稳定和农民生活质量的提高等.因此,分析影响农村环境的成因及农村环境污染的原因,提出污染防治的对策建议是新农村建设取得进展的关键.

| Abstract: | Tbe environmental pollution of countryside has become the key obstacle of new countryside construction, hindering the reduction of distinction between town and country and effecting the stability of rural society and enhancement of rural-living quality. Therefore, analyzing causes of rural environment pollution and putting forward countermeasures and suggestions of pollution orevention and control are key points of development of new countryside construction. |
