| 摘 要： | 引入市场机制、实现污染治理产业化是目前环保界普遍关注的热点。个体、私营、民营块状经济发达区域诸暨市积极探索走政府主导推动和市场化运作治污有机结合的“双赢”之路。在调查总结的基础上,结合市场化、法治化过渡阶段实际,就推进污染治理产业化提出建议。

| Abstract: | Bringing in market mechanism and realizing the industralization of pollution harness were commonly followed with interest in the world of environmental protection. An active exploration on taking the "mutual benefit" road of the organic combination in Pollution harness guided and impelled by the government and market operation was being carried out in Zhuji lumpy economically developed areas which were run by individuals. On the basis of inspection and summary, also in combination with the actuality of transition period in market and legalization, it put forward several thoughtful suggestions on impelling the industralization of tackling polution. |
