摘    要:为了提高航空事故分析的有效性,促进飞行安全,运用系统工程中解释结构模型(ISM),以发生的航空事故为例建立ISM并进行了系统分析.将事故的12种原因分为4个层次,明确了不同层次中的要素及其关联影响.该方法能为航空事故预防和分析提供一条有效的途径,对航空公司的安全管理也有很大的参考价值.

Abstract:In order to improve the effectiveness of air accident analysis and promote flight safety,an air accident based on the interpretive structural model(ISM) contained in systems engineering is analyzed.The 12 causes of the air accidents are divided into 4 levels and the different elements in each level as well as their associated impacts are defined.The method can provide an effective way for the analysis and prevention of air accidents and it also has great reference value for the airline's safety management.
