| Abstract: | In 1997, meteorological disasters in China occurred frequently. Themost serious disaster was drought. They occurred extensively, had a long duration andcaused great damage to agricuIture. In this paper, some meteorological disastersoccurred in 1997, such as drought, flood, typhoon, hail, frost, low temperature andheavy snow are emphatically analyzed and some comments are made as well. |
