絮凝剂产生菌的筛选及应用

摘    要:本研究从活性污泥中筛选出两株絮凝剂产生菌Galactomycessp(M-2)和白地霉属Geotrichum candidum(J-5),所产絮凝剂对高岭土的絮凝活性均高达90%以上。絮凝实验表明:絮凝剂对高岭土悬浊液的最佳投加量为3 mL/L,在酸性与碱性条件下,絮凝活性均很好。高岭土悬浊液的浓度对絮凝效果有一定的影响,浓度为4~6 g/L时絮凝效果较稳定。对蓝黑墨水等溶液有较好的脱色效果。

Abstract:In this study,two strains of microbial flocculants(M-2,Galactomyces sp.; J-5,Geotrichum candidum) were isolated from activated sludge.The flocculating efficiency for kaolin suspension was higher than 90%.The flocculating experiment showed that either in acidic condition or in alkalic condition,bioflocculation-producing microorganisms had high efficiency with small dosage(just 0.3mL for 100mL kaolin suspension) in the case of kaolin suspension,and the flocculating efficiency was stable when kaolin suspension...
