| Abstract: | Summarizing the media reports on meteorological disaster,this paper points out the existing problems and gives some comments on the mechanism of Japan television station to issue pre-alarm signals of natural disaster.The strategy and suggestions are put forward on establishing the mechanism of issuing pre-alarm signals of meteorological disaster and spreading the pre-alarm signals by television. |
