摘    要:电镀前处理废水中含有大量难降解有机物,成分复杂,用传统生化法难以处理达标.本实验采用Fenton 氧化技术对前处理废水进行预处理,再用生物接触氧化技术后续降解COD,使出水中COD达到《电镀污染物排放标准》(GB21900-2008)表3的水质要求.实验采用实际电镀生产废水,COD=300 mg/L,通过芬顿-生物接触氧化因素实验,优化工艺参数,去除率可达到83%以上,COD降到50 mg/L以下.最佳芬顿反应参数为:pH=3.0,COD/H2O2=1.5,Fe2+/H2O2=2,反应时间t=10 min;生物接触氧化法最佳水力停留时间为7 h,进水pH在6~8之间.

Abstract:Electroplating pretreatment wastewater, which contained large amounts of refractory organic compounds, was too complex to be treated by traditional biochemical technology. Fenton technology, which can reduce the non-biodegradable organic matter and enhance biodegradability of the wastewater, was used as a pretreatment technology, then the biological contact oxidation process was used as a further treatment, that can reduce the COD of effluent to meet electroplating pollutants emission standards. The COD of this wastewater was 300 mg/L in this experiment, which was taken from the actual electroplating production. The COD could be reduced to below 50 mg/L and the COD removal rate was more than 83% under the optimum process conditions. The optimize parameters of Fenton treatment were pH=3.0, COD/H2O2=1.5, Fe2+/H2O2=2, t=10 min. The optimize parameters of biological contact oxidation process were HRT=7 h, pH=6~8.
