Exploration and Practice of Safety Culture Construction in Coal Mine Enterprises

Work safety in coal mine is intrinsically correlated and dependent with safety culture of the enterprise.Through the exploration and practice of safety culture construction in Jushan Coal Mine and under the instruction of "three representatives" important thought,a safety culture system is constructed which is able to fully secure occupational safety and health in whole staff.The measures include perfecting management organizational system,perfecting management rules and regulations,adopting variety propaganda measures,equipping effective safety devices,strengthening safety management from grass-roots,advocating safe developing concept,inspiring the staff to concern safety and to love life,and to have correct value of safety.
