摘    要:对颗粒污泥中的微生物菌群进行了分离和鉴定,并确定纯种微生物的脱氮能力。颗粒污泥中含假单胞菌属5株。亚硝化单胞菌属7株,硝化杆菌属4株,气单胞菌属3株,黄单胞菌属2株,孢杆菌属4株,黄色杆菌属2株和产碱菌属2株。这些菌属中包含了参与硝化反应的亚硝化单胞菌属和硝化杆菌属微生物,以及有好氧反硝化能力的Pseudomonas和Alcaligenes菌。29株微生物摇瓶混合培养的脱氮试验结果表明,30h内有机物去除率为75%,氮去除率近50%。

Abstract:The microbial strains on an aerobic granular sludge were isolated and identified, and the ability of nitrogen removal was determined in this paper. 29 bacteria were separated from the aerobic granular sludge which contained 5 Pseudomonas, 7 Nitrosomonas, 4 Nitrospira, 3 Aeromonas, 2 Xanthomonas, 4 Bacillus, 2 Xanthobacte and 2 Alcaligenes. These involved nitrification bacteria, Nitrospira and Nitrosomonas, and denitrification bacteria, Pseudomonas and Alcaligenes which had the ability of denitrification under aerobic condition. With the mixed culture of 29 strains under shaking, it was found that 75% COD and 50% nitrogen were removed from broth within 30 h.
