摘    要:目的 针对北部沿海地区高架段组合道床隔振系统进行跟踪测试研究,研究分析组合道床系统在近海环境下历经4 a前后的轨道动态变形和隔振性能分析。方法 采用试验法对普通道床和组合道床的钢轨、道床进行动态变形和振动分析,分别计算出动态变形量及隔振量。结果 相对于普通道床,组合道床钢轨相对于基础的垂向平均变形为3.63~3.72 mm,符合相关技术规范的4 mm安全要求。高架线组合道床在运营4 a后,隔振量变化率为1.88%,表明组合道床在近海环境下具有稳定的隔振性能。结论 组合道床系统仍具有较好的且相对一致的安全性和隔振效果。

Abstract:Rubber materials are widely used in track vibration isolation measures, but their physical, chemical and mechanical properties gradually deteriorate due to the impact of heat, oxygen, salt, light, and dynamic stress during long-term use, and ultimately their good vibration isolation performance will be lost. The work aims to carry out tracking test research on the vibration isolation system of the combined track bed in the elevated section of the northern coastal area, and study and analyze the track dynamic deformation and vibration isolation performance analysis of the combined track bed system in the offshore environment after four years. The dynamic deformation and vibration analysis of the rails and track beds of the ordinary track bed and the combined track bed were conducted by experimental methods, and the dynamic deformation and vibration isolation values were calculated respectively. Compared to the ordinary track bed, the average vertical deformation of the combined track bed rail relative to the foundation was 3.63~3.72 mm, which met the safety requirements of 4 mm in relevant technical specifications. After four years of operation, the variation rate of vibration isolation capacity of the elevated line combined track bed was 1.88%, indicating that the combined track bed had stable vibration isolation performance in the offshore environment. The test results show that the combined track bed system still has good and relatively consistent safety and vibration isolation effects.
