摘    要:在分析现有地下水环境健康状态评价模型缺陷的基础上,基于可拓学原理,通过信息熵法确定客观权重,层次分析法确定主观权重,结合非对称贴近度方法改进最大隶属度原则及博弈论组合赋权思想得出综合权重,构建了基于博弈论和模糊物元的地下水环境健康状态评价模型,并选取黄河流域4个地区对模型的有效性进行了验证。结果表明,该模型适用于具有模糊性、不确性与多目标的地下水环境健康状态评价,能较好地避免因权重赋值的片面性造成的评价结果偏差问题,其评价结果同时反映了地下水环境健康等级与发展趋势。

Abstract:The present paper aims to discuss the concept of the groundwater environmental health and propose a mathematical model for evaluating the groundwater environment so as to provide a decision-making foundation for the scientific management of the groundwater environment and promote the harmony and sustainable development of the social-economic ecosystem.To achieve the purpose,we have,first of all,analyzed the defects of the currently existing assessment models commonly used for this purpose,and then,made efforts to gain the objective weights for the evaluation based on the extension theory with the information entropy method and the subjective weights through the analytic hierarchy process.What is more,we have also taken into sufficient account the subjective weight and the objective weight factors integratedly to solve the failure problem of the maximum membership degrees and ensure the comprehensiveness and adequacy of influential elements and factors in accordance with the asymmetric closeness degrees and game theory.All things being taken into full account,we have managed to put forward the assessment model of the groundwater environment health from the point of view of the game theory and fuzzy matter elements.And,finally,four districts of Yellow River basin have been chosen as case study samples to verify the reliability and rationality of the proposed assessment model.The calculated results indicate that the health degrees of groundwater environment area under study prove all to be in the sub-health status.Or more specifically speaking,Zhengzhou section has been at the second level,with those of Kaifeng,Xinxiang and Puyang being all in the third level.The research results prove to be well in accord with the actual situation of the area under study,and indicate that the proposed model can be used properly for the assessment of the groundwater environmental health to avoid the deviation or misleading errors.Therefore,the proposed model can be expected to provide an improved method or means for assessing the groundwater health environment status-in-situ.
