摘    要:针对机场围界存在虚警率高、信息分散和难以从全局角度管理等问题,提出基于安全度的机场围界安全评估方法。基于分散环境集中监控思想,利用改进DS证据理论将前端探测设备获取的信息进行融合,再利用模糊集理论获得区段安全度,进而求得防区安全度和全局安全度。基于C#和Map Xtreme开发机场围界监控平台,结果表明,基于安全度的评估方法能够准确反映机场围界安全运行状况。

Abstract:This paper attempts to present a comprehensive evaluation system for the airport enclosures security based on the security-assurance extents.This evaluation system we have now been applying so far is known as the airport enclosures anti-intrusion system consisting of a monitoring center,some sub-control stations and the comprehensive monitoring installation system from the front to the end.The said front-end installation system is made up of the intelligent cameras,the vibration optical fibers and the laser-emission apparatus associated with the linkage devices,such as the light-signal giving device,the speaker and the patrol vehicle.In regard to the centralized monitoring function via collecting and identifying the data and information sources from the different local points,we have to manage to gather and classify the police and airplane-flying information from the front-end detecting apparatuses,which can be fused and then identified by using the improved DS evidence theory algorithm based on the pignistic probability function.And,as a result,it would be possible to reduce effectively the false alarming rate of the information and data coming from the front-end detection apparatuses.Furthermore,patrol vehicles were also applied to obtain the alarming density and security perception.The level of security can be regarded as the main parameter for indicating the security level of the airport surroundings,whose security level can be made to range from lower grades to higher ones,and also subdivided into the sector security degrees,the zone security degrees and the airport-entire security degrees.In accordance with the fuzzy set theory,it can also be classified into the alarming integration reliability,the alarming density and security alerting degrees for measuring the sector security degrees.And,furthermore,it is also possible to create a three-level evaluation system to monitor the security level of the airport surroundings by weighing the average ratio from the maximum to the minimum safety degrees and exhibiting the zone security degree and the total security degree,respectively,so as to be able to supervise the comprehensive status-in-situ of the entire airport operation system,including monitoring the running situation of the airport working staff members.It is just for this purpose that we have proposed an airport surroundings security monitoring platform of C # and MapXtreme,which can help to show the different levels of security degree,the position information of patrol vehicle and the alarm information.Simulating the airport surroundings lets us to be able to make access to the sector security degrees of different periods.The results show that the comprehensive evaluation system based on the security degree can reflect the operation situations more fully and accurately.
