摘    要:针对山区丘陵公路边坡安全存在多种随机性、模糊性和不确定性因素等问题,优化改进了标准集对分析理论,并将熵权-集对分析模型应用于公路边坡安全评价中。以河南省修武县5处典型山区丘陵公路边坡为例,构建了由4大类共14个指标组成的评价指标体系,再利用熵权法确定各指标权重,最后通过单指标联系度、综合联系度等计算,得出综合评价结果。结果表明,1、4、5号路段边坡安全性较差,建议采取及时的防治措施;2、3号路段边坡大体安全,可留意观察,暂不处理。与传统方法相比,熵权-集对分析模型理念清晰、计算简单、准确度高、实用性强。

Abstract:The present article is aimed at proposing a new safety evaluation method of slope highway construction in the mountainous and hill-side areas based on the entropy weight-set pair analysis model.For this purpose,we have first of all established a safety evaluation index system of highway slopes,which are characteristic with the following 14 factors:the slope height and angle,the slope shaping form,the annual average precipitation,the groundwater depth,the water saturated rate of the rock and soil,the permeability coefficient of the rock and soil strata,the vegetation coverage,the degree of the earthquake intensity,the human cultural activities on the foundation involving a in-depth study of the local geological environment.Secondly,it is also necessary to evaluate and determine the above-mentioned influential factors by using the entropy weight method.Last of all,it is also necessary to improve and optimize the standard set pair analysis method to work out the safety level of the highway slope,the single index link degree and the comprehensive contact degree through the corresponding evaluation grade intervals of the comprehensive contact degrees.Thus,we have accomplished successful safety evaluation of the 5 highway slope sections in the county,which we have divided into five levels,that is,the low risk level,the lower risk level,the middle risk one,the higher risk one,and the most serious one.The results of our evaluation show that sections 1 and 5 can be taken as the ones of higher risks;whereas section 2 and 3 account for low risk ones or medium ones.However,section 4 has to be attributed to the highest risk one.Among them,it is necessary to take timely preventive measures for sections 1,4,and 5,along with the proper observation and examination.As for section 2,necessary comparison and inspection are to be done along with the other methods.Thus,the results of our investigation show that the entropy weight-set pair analysis model can be expected to be worktable with the nice evaluation results,which proves its applicability and availability of the model to the safety evaluation of the hillside and mountainous highway construction.
