角-并联变换法解算简单角联网络研究

摘    要:在解决简单角联网络的风量分配、风阻风压计算等问题上,很少有比较简便的方法。提出了角-并联变换法,实质是将简单角联通风网络简化为简单并联网络,即将具有共同风量的分支分解为2条或几条具有等值风阻的分支巷道;然后采用BFS法(由Broyden、Flether与Shanno提出),基于MALAB编程解算变换后的网络各项通风参数,并分析等效变换精度。对解算结果的对比分析发现,运用此法求解矿井复杂风网的实算结果与Scott-Hinsley(斯考德-恒斯雷法)所得结果一致,而且更准确,表明角-并联变换的理论和方法是正确的。与传统方法相比,该方法可避免建立复杂的数学方程,在计算机上即可完成全部解算过程,除适用于解算简单角联通风网络外,也可应用于其他相关领域。

Abstract:This paper intends to propose an algorithm based on diagonal-parallel connection counter-change to solve the simple diagonal ventilation network problem for the underground metal mines.In response to the actual need for the problem to be solved,we have managed to find a few satisfactory methods to work out the air distribution,wind resistance calculation and wind pressure testing in the simple diagonal network.The algorithm we have proposed is in a position to solve the aforementioned problems,for,first of all,it can help to simplify and subdivide the diagonal ventilation network into the parallel ventilation network sub-branches,that is to say,the branches with common air volume decomposed into two or more branch tunnels with the equivalent windages so as to make the windages the equivalent conversion subsystems.Therefore,the paper tries its best to focus on listing the two nonlinear equations in calculating the equivalent windage.Nevertheless,since the nonlinear equation cannot be solved with the general methods,this paper has to work out the parameters of the ventilation network of the post-equivalent conversion by using the BFS method based on the software MATLAB through analyzing the equivalent conversion precision.Furthermore,we have found that the method of diagonal-parallel connection counterchange can be successfully used to calculate the simple diagonal ventilation network,which is in accord with the results gained by using the Scott-Hinsley method,and,at the same iteration time,can prove the theory of the given method even more accurate.According to the programming solution results,the program under study can even be compared with the traditional methods,which can get rid of the complicated process for establishing mathematical equations by using the software MATLAB instead of the above method.That is to say,the equivalent windage can be solved by the 7 iterations in computer software,known as the MATLAB program.That is why we have chosen M language for compiling the program for the ventilation network,which functions much more efficient in other areas besides the mine ventilation.
