摘    要:针对工业园区空气质量的复杂性和模糊性,利用模糊物元分析理论,结合海明贴近度的概念,建立了一种基于模糊物元的空气质量评价模型。以金山二工区为例,选取《环境空气质量标准》规定的6种主要污染物SO2、NO2、CO、O3、PM10、PM2.5作为评价指标,分析了园区内5个自动监测站2016年7月1日的环境空气质量状况,并与空气质量指数(AQI)技术分析结果作比较。两种方法的评价结果基本一致,与实际状况相符。

Abstract:Aiming at the complicated situation and fuzziness of the air quality in industrial parks,this paper intends to establish an air quality evaluation model based on the fuzzy matter-element by using a method known as the fuzzy matter-element analysis,hamming approach degree concept joined with the over-standard weighting device.Taking Jinshan No.2 industrial zone as an example,the paper has chosen six kinds of main pollutants (SO2,NO2,CO,O3,PM10 and PM2.5) as the evaluation indexes of the ambient air quality evaluation to assess the ambient air quality on July 1,2016,for the five automatic monitoring stations,i.e.that of the Xinlian station,the Zhangqiao station,the West Border,the Guomao station,and the Jinshan new town park.In the process of assessment,the fuzzy matter-element model has been subdivided into the matter-element first-order evaluation and that of the matter-element second-order,with the assessment results being compared with those from the air quality index (AQI) system.Based on the above said model,we have arranged the air quality in the aforementioned parks in the order from good to bad,finding that it can be listed as follows:Zhangqiao station,Xinlian station,Jinshan new town,West Border,Guomao station.According to the above order,the air quality of Zhangqiao station can be taken as the top one,whereas that of the West Border and Jinshan new town follows.As compared with the above two,Xinlian station and Guomao station should be called up to improve with double efforts from their current situation,particularly from the mild pollution into good +,mild pollution + up to the secondorder goal.Nevertheless,in general,there remains a certain degree of air pollution in the areas under estimation.The above said analysis results show that the fuzzy matter-element model proves by nature to be objective and reasonable,for example,as compared with the first-order evaluation,the second-order evaluation of the fuzzy matter-element has been made to obtain a great accurate result.Thus,it can be concluded that the fuzzy matter-element evaluation model can be put in a very successful position to assess the quality of the ambient air as a useful tool for air quality control in the urban industrial parks.
