基于文本挖掘的煤矿安全隐患分析

为充分有效利用煤矿安全隐患数据,揭示安全隐患数据中隐藏的重要信息和潜在规律,用于指导安全管理实践,在对安全隐患数据进行预处理的基础上,利用词云和词频统计方法展现安全隐患概况,运用文本挖掘技术和社会网络分析方法研究煤矿安全隐患信息的关联关系和分布规律。结果表明,将文本挖掘技术和社会网络分析方法应用于文本型安全隐患数据分析具有可行性,有助于煤矿企业提高对安全隐患数据的认知并制定合理的安全隐患治理措施。

Analysis for the potential hazardous risks of the coal mines based on the so-called text mining

In order to make full use of the data of the potential hazardous risks in the coal mining,the present paper feels it necessary to disclose and clarify the most important potential hazard risk liabilities through the data analysis so as to heighten the self-conscientiousness and vegilance against the coal mining safety potential risks,first of all from the beginning to analyze the historical data.On the basis of over-view of the data preprocessed in this paper,we prefer to choose the statistical method of word frequency and word cloud gathering to demonstrate the general situation of the safety hidden hazard risks in front of the coal mining area.According to the extracted high frequency words and the root-word matrix,with the help of text mining software ROST constructing semantic network of safety hidden danger in the coal mine,the centrality and cluster analysis of the semantic network reveal the distribution and correlative relationship of the potential hazardous risks as is shown below.From the semantic network of the safety hidden risks in the coal mine,it can be seen clearly that the connection within the high-frequency words of the potential risk hazards and the degree of closeness,as well as the correlative relationship among the location,object and the trouble state and degree of the potential hazardous risks in the coal mine.The results also indicate that the types of safety hidden risks are scattering in the two coal mining communities.The problems involved can be highlighted by the issues of bolting,rib spalling,the roadway top-supports,the water accumulation,coal dust pollution,as well as the air pipe instability along the workface,etc.Therefore,the heading working face,the goafs,the airway and head gates should all be taken as the focus of the security risk observation and monitoring links,as well as the key links to the precautions of the hazardous risk objectives.
