摘    要:针对室内环境PM_(2.5)污染问题,设计了一台空气净化器,以强电场介质(Intense Field Dielectric,IFD)装置作为其核心过滤元件。在上海某办公室,以香烟烟雾为PM_(2.5)发生源,测试了净化器的一次过滤效率、风量、能耗、臭氧发生量,以及不同档位运行工况下室内PM_(2.5)质量浓度衰减情况和换气次数,并计算了各档位的洁净空气量(Clean Air Delivery Rate,CADR)和净化效能。结果表明,IFD装置能够有效净化实际环境中的高浓度PM_(2.5),其臭氧发生量符合环境要求。空气净化器在2档运行时,CADR和净化效能均较大。

Abstract:Aiming at dealing with the problems of PM2.5 pollution in the indoor or interior environments,this paper has made an exploration of the filtration performance of the intense field dielectric (IFD) electrostatic air cleaner.For this purpose,we have developed an air cleaner of the top supply and bottom return mode with an IFD device as its kernel filtration element.And,then,we have chosen as a testing site a typical office in Shanghai,with the cigarette smoking adopted as a PM2.5 generator,for wbich 18 kinds of speeds at five air supply gears can be regulated by a stepless transmitter.And,then,we have examined and tested the single-pass removing efficiency and the energy consumption of the air cleaner in different air supply volumes.What is more,we have managed to monitor the declining process of the PM2.5 concentration and the ozone generation in all the gear operating conditions,with the air exchange rate being worked out.Thus,taking CO2 as a sampling tracer gas,we have determined the ventilation rate of the room via data fitting.In so doing,we have established the PM2.5 concentration decline equation according to the law of the mass conservation,confirming the clean air delivery rate (CADR) of the air cleaner according to the filtration efficiency gained by data fitting.The above-mentioned experimental data have thus shown that the single-pass removal efficiency of the IFD device tends to decrease with the increase of the air volume,whose maximum emission rate cab be as high as 94.81%.The energy consumption rate of the air cleaner tends to grow relatively fast when the air volume is within the range from 600 m3/h to 1 200 m3/h.In addition,the higher CADR the air cleaner obtains,the faster the indoor PM2.5 concentration decreases.Moreover,it can be found that there exists similarity between the indoor PM2.5 removal effect and CADR from the second to the fifth gear operating condition of the cleaner,though the energy consumption of the cleaner and the filtration efficiency tend to increase and decrease in alternatively.Therefore,the IFD device can significantly remove high concentration of PM2.5 in the actual environment whereas the ozone generation proves to be able to meet the demands of the environmental protection standards.Thus,both CADR and the filtration can be regarded as being generally highly efficient in the second gear operating condition.
