北江沉积物中镉的生物可利用性研究

摘    要:北江长期受到上游采矿和冶金行业排放的含镉废水的污染,使其沉积物中镉含量偏高.研究通过采集北江表层沉积物,并对其中镉的含鲢和形态进行分析测定,系统研究了北江表层沉积物中镉的含量和可交换态、碳酸盐态、铁锰态、有机态、残渣态镉占总量的比例.在此基础上计算出镉的生物可利用态、生物潜在可利用态和生物不可利用态的含量,研究了镉被水...

Abstract:Tessier's sequential extraction procedure was used to study the speciation and concentration of cadmium in the sediments of Beijiang River,which was sampled in April 2007.Cd in exchanged,carbonate,Fe-Mn oxides,organic and residual forms were measured,the bioavailable form,potential bioavailable form and biounavailable form of Cd were calculated and then the bioavailability characteristics were investigated.It was concluded that Cd content in the river sediments was higher than average of other rivers in Chi...
