Abstract:Three strains of aerobic denitrifying bacteria were separated and purified from activated sludge in aerobic tank of a coking wastewater chemical and biological treatment station,a highly active oxygen denitrifying bacteria F1 was obtained by comparison experiment of de-NO3-N.The best biological removal of NO3--N was temperature 30~35 ℃,pH 6.0~6.5 and best C/N ratio 1.8.In the white sugar for the election donor and carbon source,nitrate as only nitrogen source,inoculums 30%,initial NO3--N 194.1 mg/L,pH(7.2±0.5),temperature 30 ℃ and after 6 h aeration in a row,F1 on NO3--N removal rate was up to 99.8%.
