摘    要:针对中小型陶瓷食业的环保需求,基于物料平衡、有限化学反应速率等理论,结合陶瓷窑炉生产过程的特征和基本的数学假设,对有效反应速率模型的参数进行了简化,实现了微观的有限反应速率模型的宏观化应用以及物料平衡原理的具体化建模,建立了一套简单实用的陶瓷窑炉大气污染物排放预测方法,分别预测陶瓷窑炉二氧化硫、氮氧化物和二氧化碳的排放...

Abstract:Based on production balance and theory of turbulence-chemistry reaction in the ceramic kiln,this paper developed a method for predicting its emissions of atmospheric pollutants including,SO2,NOX and CO2.In-situ application of the method was for a ceramic production line at Foshan City and the prediction results were compared with the calculated values according to the relevant national technical norm of HJ/T 373-2007,which indicated that the method was basically workable and yet needed to be improved.
