| Abstract: | The following translation provides practical experience for the oil field environmentalists in China.It gives an account of the environmental effect discrepancies done by surface and underground oil storage tanks,the relevant stipulations of Environmental Protection Agency(EPA),oil pollution law,National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System(NPDES)and so on.Lastly it emphatically expounds the concrete contents of regulations for surface oil storage tanks. |
