摘    要:用蚕豆初生根尖细胞微核技术监测污染的水系统,1986年已被国家环保局编入《环境监测技术规范》(水环境部分),并已在全国推广使用。现在利用这一测试方法对大庆南线排水干渠进行监测,从对生物的毒性角度出发,评价油田30年开发以来水体的污染程度,为环境管理和防治提供了新的科学依据。

Abstract:Monitoring toxicity of polluted water bodies with broad bean root tip cytomicronuclear technology was put in“Technical Code of Environmental Monitoring”(water environment section)by State Environmental Protection Agency in 1986 and has been popularized all over the country.In the light of biological toxicity,this testing method is used to monitor the drainage main canal along Daqing south line and evaluate the pollution level of water bodies in oil field having lasted 30 years since its deve1opment so as to contribute new scientific basis to environmental management,prevention and control.
