| Abstract: | In accordance with the requirements of OPRC Convention,the relative ship pollution contingency plans would be established for ships,terminals,ports,relevant regional organizations and national authority.the core of all level contingency plans and the composition of the emergency response system is analysed,and the crucial problems for carrying out effectively the ship pollution contingency plans is elaborated. |
