摘    要:在海洋中,~(60)Co和~(137)Cs是重要的放射性污染物。关于~(60)Co和~(137)Cs在海洋生物体内的累积、排出及在不同组织内的分布已有很多报道,在生物体内的代谢也受到广泛的重视,还有的提出用贻贝作为~(60)Co等污染物的指示生物。本实验在于了解~(60)Co和~(137)Cs在紫贻贝的某些亚细胞成分中的分布及该两种核素在海洋生物体内的存在状态,探讨其累积和排出机制,这对进一步估计其对高营养阶层动物和人类的影响具有重要意义。

Abstract:The distribution of 60Co and 137Cs in mussels, Mytilus edulis, was studied preliminarily using gel (sephadex G-26) chromatography. About half of 60Co and most of 137Cs in soft tissue exist in soluble form, in which a part of 60Co is present as large molecules (MW>50,000) and the rest as small ones, a part of which is perhaps in ionic form, while all of 137Cs may be ions. A part of 60Co in the gills and the viscera are bound with cell nuclei, but very little of 137Cs are in bound form.
