铝合金蒙皮光固化胶接修补疲劳性能实验研究

摘    要:光固化胶接修补是一项应急快速修补新技术,为检验和提高修补疲劳强度,以LY-12铝合金裂纹板为修补对象,进行了光固化修补与传统的铆接修补拉伸疲劳对比实验。实验采用等幅高频加载和按某型飞机机翼疲劳载荷谱加载2种方法,结果表明,全宽度光固化胶接修补等幅高频疲劳寿命和载荷谱疲劳寿命与等强度铆接修补相比分别延长了35.37%和9.00%。

Abstract:Light- cured bonding repair is a new emergency quick repair technique. Tensile fatigue comparative experiments of LY-12 aluminum alloy cracks among the un-repaired specimens, the equal strength riveted specimens, and light-cured bonding specimens. Two loading methods of equal-amplitude high-frequency and a certain aircraft wing' s fatigue load spectrum were applied. The result showed that fatigue of light-cured bonding repair specimens are 35.37% better than un-repaired ones and 9.00% better than riveting ones.
