气相色谱法分析环境空气和废气中正丁醇

摘    要:以纯净水吸收环境空气或工业废气中的正丁醇,用Rtx-WAX毛细管柱分离,氢火焰离子化检测器检测,吹扫捕集后进气相色谱仪测定。方法最低检出量浓度正丁醇0.005mg/m3,相对标准偏差在1%以下,加标回收率在85.8%~93.00%之间,方法安全环保,简单灵敏,分离度好,检出限低。

Determining N-butyl Alcohol in Ambient Air and Exhaust Gas with Gas Chromatography

Abstract:We use pure water to Absorb the n-butyl alcohol in ambient air and exhaust gas,then separate it with Rtx-WAX capillary column and detect it with hydrogen flame ionization detector.This sample is determined in gas chromatograph after purging and traping.The minimum detectable concentration is 0.005 mg/m3,the relative standard deviation is less than 1%,the recovery rate is between 88.20% and 93.00%.The method is simple,sensitive,and has low limit of detection and good degree of separation.
