摘    要:全氟类化合物的生产和使用已超过50年。近几年来,研究人员逐渐开始关注全氟类化合物对环境、生物和人类健康的影响,并发展成为全球性的热点问题,已开展了较为广泛而深入的研究。在概述了全氟类化合物的特性与污染现状的基础上,从检测技术研究与治理手段研究等两个方面较为系统地综述了近年来国内外学者对以全氟辛烷磺酸和全氟辛烷羧酸为代表的全氟类化合物的研究进展,着重介绍了液相色谱-质谱联用技术与吸附分离技术分别在全氟类化合物检测与治理中的应用,并对未来该领域的研究方向与趋势进行了一定的展望。

Abstract:Perfluoronic compounds(PFCs) have been produced and used for more than fifty years. In recent years, researchers gradually began to concern about the impact of PFCs on the environment, biology as well as human health, which have become a global and hot subject with quite wide and deep investigations. On the basis of summary of features and pollution status, PFCs, especially perfluorooctane sulfonate(PFOS) and perfluorooctane acid (PFOA), were reviewed in the recent research trends on the determining technologies and pollution treatment. As the key point, applications of technology of liquid chromatography with mass spectrometry as well as technology of adsorption and separation in the determination and treatment of PFCs were presented in details. In addition, some expectations on the research trends in future were mentioned.
