远场涡流技术在电站锅炉检验中的应用

摘    要:近年来,在电站锅炉水冷壁管检验中除使用传统方法外,检测人员开始尝试引入远场涡流新技术。本文在阐述远场涡流检测技术的原理和发展后,介绍了其在电站锅炉水冷壁管上的应用试验,成功检出点蚀和分层缺陷。可见,该技术不但可以有效检查常见缺陷,而且能发现传统方法容易漏检的其他缺陷。因此,远场涡流检测技术具有重要的推广价值。

Abstract:Remote-field eddy-current test technique has been used recently in the inspection of the waterwalltube of power station boiler. The development and principle of the remote-field eddy-current test technique isexplained, and one applied experiment is introduced in this article, in which one pitting defect and one delaminationdefect is detected.This technique can not only detect normal defects but also other defects which can not detectedeasily by traditional methods.Therefore, the remote-field eddy-current test technique is valuable for popularization.
