藤茶袋泡茶的加工工艺研究

摘    要:为加大显齿蛇葡萄的开发利用程度,合理利用不同品质的藤茶,特进行藤茶袋泡茶试验研究,结果表明:选择合适的藤茶成品经过去杂质以后,利用粉碎机粉碎,在平面圆筛上进行筛分,利用固体定量包装机定量包装,生产成茶包外形完整无破损,汤色黄明清澈,香气纯正,滋味醇厚回甘,茶袋完整叶质柔软的藤茶袋泡茶成品.

Abstract:In order to increase the exploitation of Ampelopsis grossedentata and using in reason different quality tea of Ampelopsis grossedentata, so sothe paper studies on study on the test of teabag, the result shows that the best quality teabag can be got forough choosing suitable product of ampelopsis grossedentata aftergettingrid of imparities, smashing with disintergrator and griddling chose the Ampelopsis grossedentata tea product, through got rid of the impurity, then smashed with disintegrator, griddled on plane - circularity screen,fixed quantity packing with solid - fix quantity- packing- machine to get the best quality teabag.
