| Abstract: | An investigation was conducted with regard to the current situation of medical wastes in respects of generation, handling and disposal. In general, lack of management and shortage of disposal equipment have incurred serious environmental problems. Strategy for pollution abatement of medical wastes in the city was put forward. |
