绍兴物化污泥处理与资源化应用探讨

文章分析了物化污泥的性能,追踪了铝盐在绍兴污水处理厂物化处理、污泥脱水、灼烧等过程中的转移.研究结果表明物化污泥带负电,可以采用阴离子PAM脱水,其热值比较高,高位热值达2300kJ/kg,理论分析表明污泥含水率小于53%时,可以实现污泥的燃烧,污泥焚烧后产生的残渣含铝达到25%,可以回收利用,每10万吨污水产生的物化污泥可以回收至少1吨的无水硫酸铝,表明物化污泥是一种有一定应用价值的资源,对产生的有关现象进行了分析.

Approach to Treatment and Utilization of Sludge from Physical&Chemical Treatment in Shaoxing

In this paper,it is pursued the transform of aluminum element in physical&chemical treatment,sludge dewatering,sludge incineration.The capability of sludge from physical&chemical treatment is discussed.The sludge may be dewatered in anion PAM.Heat value of the sludge is 2300 kJ/kg.It may be emblazed if percent of water in sludge is low 53%.Percent of aluminum in residua after incineration is 25%.It may The sludge of physical&chemical treatment from 1 ten thousand may be made into aluminum sulphate 0.1 ton at least.It is considered that the sludge from physical&chemical in Shaoxing possess appliance value.It is discussed relate phenomena of sludge treatment.
