| 摘 要： | 为了暴露各种钢材在热轧过程中产生的表面缺陷，需清除附于其上的氧化铁皮，称之为“除鳞”。传统的除鳞方法有酸洗、表面剥皮、喷丸处理等，这些方法存在很多缺点。本文介绍已在湖南涟钢用于生产的磨料水射流除鳞生产线，用磨料水射流除鳞具有速度快、质量高、成本低、操作简便等独特的优点。

| Abstract: | In order to expose superficial defects of steel materials in the process of hot rolling,thescales adhering to them must be removed,which is referred to as scales removal. There aremany shortcomings in the conventional scales removal methods,such as acid cleaning,surfacestripping and shot treatment etc. This paper describes the operation line of scales removal byuse of abrasive water jet,which has been used in Lian-Yuan Steel Works in Hunan province.The application of abrasive water jet in scales removal has some unique advantages of highquality,low cost and easy operation etc. |
