| 摘 要： | 基于循环经济的3R原则,深入分析甘肃省的能源开发利用中存在的诸多能源问题:能源利用效率低,浪费严重;能源结构不合理,工业耗能比重过大;能源环境问题日益严重.提出今后能源开发建设的基本思路是调整能源结构,重点是转向可再生能源和新能源.并就如何实现能源和循环经济协调发展提出一系列战略重点和主要措施. |
