我国汽车行驶记录仪的应用理念

面对我国日趋严峻的道路交通安全形势,各省市先后积极安装试用汽车行驶记录仪,但由于在应用中普遍缺乏足够的认识和理解,导致各地急功近利、缺乏配套建设、产品市场混乱,结果收效甚微。笔者经过充分的国内外调研,分别从汽车行驶记录仪的基本概念和功能、产品的特点及要求、推广应用及建设需求等几方面进了行阐述和澄清,并指出我国汽车行驶记录仪推广应用中应着重解决的问题和应有的思路。

Application Concept of Vehicle Traveling Data Recorder in China

Application of vehicle traveling data recorder(VDR) has good effect on assisting the road transport management in Europe and Japan during past ninety years.It has been recently adopted and put into use all over China while the situation of road transport safety is becoming more and more serious.However,little achievement has been made.It is mainly due to being short of knowledge about VDR so that some unadvisable measurements had been made in practice.In this paper,some relevant application concepts of VDR such as the functions,characteristics,requirements and principles are introduced and clarified.Some advices are also provided after fully investigation and comparison with the application of VDR in Europe and China.
